Members have a diverse background of experience which is a great asset to the club.
When I joined the investment club, I soon discovered that my finance background was not a guarantee of success but having an interest in investing was a great help. Sharing ideas, information and knowledge is so helpful and stimulating.
  • All members have their own portfolios. None of us profess to be experts; but all of us bring differing expertise & experience to the club - whether that be in financial analysis, technology, commerce, knowledge of particular sectors, technical analysis, or indeed choice of a good bottle of wine.
  • It’s great to be able to sound out investment ideas with a variety of other investors
  • Why did I join? - To get investment ideas, and discuss them with like-minded people in a friendly atmosphere. And that was more than fifteen years ago.
